These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the National Trust Bank website, mobile services, and any products offered through them (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction in which we operate to open an account. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and transfer PIN. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Transfers and limits
- Per-transaction maximum: $10,000
- Daily transfer cap: $25,000
- Transfers are final once confirmed with your PIN
- We may delay or reject transfers that trigger fraud screening
4. Fees
Standard checking and savings accounts have no monthly maintenance fees and no minimum balance. A current fee schedule is available in your dashboard.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
